There’s a backup folder on the desktop which includes modded and unmodded files for basebrd and theme .dll’s/ Icon dll’s.
Just run the associated .cmd version you want to restore or to re mod, specially after the an update has reset the dll files.

Within the backup folder there’s my ‘Win10 Quick Theme Change’:
I have created a few batch files for easy changing of themes, desktop wallpapers, imageres icons as well as cursors.

You can also run UltraUXThemePatcher for the theme dll’s, if you prefer which is available
in ‘Start MenuProgramsMorph’s Apps’ or ‘DesktopMorph’s_Desktop_AppsOptional’.

You will need to activate seperately, there’s various tools available in the
‘Morph’s_Desktop_Apps>Activation’ folder. Be sure to turn off defender first.
